Sheryl has over 20 years senior management experience, within both business management roles, including over 15 years’ experience operating at board level. She has extensive experience and a successful track record within Private Equity backed, PLC and owner managed businesses with experience of B2B and D2C sectors. Since 2002 Sheryl has been pursuing her passion, having successfully set Water for Africa, using her corporate skills to focus on providing a unique model in sustainable water and health programmes in Africa. On has also been invited to attend the Clinton Global Initiative conference in New York, by invitation of the Saudi Ambassador in Washington DC. A successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. Sheryl is trained and qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist, NLP specialist and is studying for her Doctorate in Natural Medicine, with a particular interest in mind/body medicine.
Azar was born in the beautiful country of Kashmir and was brought up and educated in the UK. His frequent visits back home was the inspiration to him wanting to work in the field of water provision in Africa. Seeing women walking and carrying water up and down the mountainside inspired him to help develop a new a sustainable model to help communities in even greater need in Africa. He is an entrepreneur and philanthropist and he has over 25 years experience in business development and investment property portfolios across the world. He works within the organisation to advise companies and NGO’s in water resource development and drilling.
